Warmest Day Of The Year

At around the time this photo was taken, 15:50 the temperature hit 22°C or about 72°F the warmest day of the year so far.  I was going to say hottest day of the year, but I am not sure 22°C is officially Hot.  Anyway it was warm enough for a group of students to take a swim in the River.

If this photo was taken last year, you would not have had those ugly student accommodation blocks in the back ground, these have been put up by Oxford University in a dam hurry.  Port Meadow having Scheduled National Monument status was always surrounded by lovely trees making it a very unique spot, not now.
