They have a large range of Cheese for sale, including the Oxford Blue and Reblochon, both of which were on my shopping list for a couple of recipes that I am making this weekend. Busy Day At The Oxford Cheese Company
There is always a lot of people at the counter of the Oxford Cheese Company's stall in the Covered Market, especially on a Saturday. They have a large range of Cheese for sale, including the Oxford Blue and Reblochon, both of which were on my shopping list for a couple of recipes that I am making this weekend. The Oxford Cheese Company's stall in the Covered Market is the first place to visit if you need Cheese in Oxford.

That does look like a very busy time. With the open store and all that cheese, it kinda makes one think that the scent of cheese is working their magic in attracting customers. Kind of like pheromones - they draw people in to purchase those wares.
