Why has it been so windy in Oxford over the last few days? It is the ash cloud, I don't know? What I do know that everywhere I went today things were blowing around, including this mannequin in Cornmarket, which looked a little funny when you quickly glanced around. Hope it was OK and managed to get back up.

Windy Mega Sale
Why has it been so windy in Oxford over the last few days? It is the ash cloud, I don't know? What I do know that everywhere I went today things were blowing around, including this mannequin in Cornmarket, which looked a little funny when you quickly glanced around.
