Out the front of St John's College today one of the cities police officers was having a friendly chat to one of Oxford's homeless selling The Big Issue to passers by in St Giles. Most of the Big Issue sellers in Oxford are harmless, just trying to get a few pounds for their night shelter and a meal.

Just A Friendly Chat
Out the front of St John's College today one of the cities police officers was having a friendly chat to one of Oxford's homeless selling The Big Issue to passers by in St Giles.
