Well, this could be anywhere, but let me tell you it was take in Oxford. Just saw these two guys playing a game of Pool and decided to take a photo of the Red Ball at the end of the game. Not sure what everyone else calls it, but in Oxford the game is called Pool and you have Red and Yellow ball, with on Black ball to be downed last, what do you call it in your part of the world?
