Late January, How Late?

Eat, has taken over the Thomas Cook offices in Queen Street, but for the last two months have had a nice sign in the window of the store saying that it will be Open Late January, well as today is the second last day in the month of January I am not sure how late is opening will be?

Anyone been to an EAT outlet before?  Let us know more about them, do they do what the label says or are they just another prepackaged boring sandwich bar?
