Well that's what they say in the Real Estate game! Was out this morning in the Donnington Bridge area and popped in to see the Scout Hut of the 22nd Oxford Sea Scouts, right on the River Thames, what a great location, never been down this way before, this morning the weather was great and the River, which is behind the Hut, was looking very full.

Location Location Location
