Need new tyres while in Oxford, well Philips Tyres on the A40, Oxford Bypass Road is the place to try. Out with a friend today and we called in to get two new front tyres, quick service and a very good price, must be good prices as taxi drivers visit all the time. What I find peculiar about Philips Tyres is that all the business is done out in the open, no shelter from the weather, just a cement slab and a few jacks and very friendly staff.
