There's always someone with there hands in there trousers telling a labourer what to do, look at this photo taken this afternoon in New Road. Four people telling, pointing, watching one guy up a ladder doing all the work. Sound like your office? Not exactly sure what this place is going to be, but it looks like a beauty treatment business is just about to open in the old Tiger Lilly store next to Que Pasa on New Road. Wish them good luck, and I am sure glad that it was not another coffee, baguette place we have enough of them in Oxford at the moment.
