When in Oxford and you are having car troubles like this guy was with his Mercedes in Broad Street, don't call the Breakdown vans, just wait by your car and the friendly Thames Valley Police will drive past and offer to change your tyre for you. Oh, and all you have to do it stand by and watch, such is life in sunny Oxford, where the Police are only too happy to assist you in any way they can.

When In Oxford Don't Call The Breakdown Service
When in Oxford and you are having car troubles like this guy was with his Mercedes in Broad Street, don't call the Breakdown vans, just wait by your car and the friendly Thames Valley Police will drive past and offer to change your tyre for you.
