Expect Delays!!!

I am not sure why this period will be different than any other, in and around Oxford the roads are always very heavy with traffic and those in cars and on the public transport are always expecting delays.  Sign was on St Giles this afternoon giving the warning that in Summertown there is going to be Replacement Works from today for x amount of weeks.
