A very windy morning today in Oxford, just look at the Union Jack Flags on the Randolph Hotel getting blown around. Don’t think we are going to see the sun today which is unfortunate as it is Sunday. Britain is not on GMT now with the clocks going back to 3am this morning. Just after I took this photo a nice Jaguar with Belgium Diplomatic number plates pulled in, not sure what mission it was from.
