Wet Afternoon in Oxford

Well is was a wet day in Oxford this afternoon, and when you have rain and it is the end of the day the traffic around the city really comes to a stand still. This is exactly what happened at the Randolph Hotel this afternoon, apart from the bad weather the County Council was conducting a Transport Census which only added to the problems I am sure
