Bicycles Obstructing Path Will Be Removed

Saw this today, a sign on the fence of the Examinations Hall in High Street informed everyone that bike obstructing the path would be removed, and along the whole fence are a string of bikes locked up, with the one at the very end locked up at head height. Bikes and Oxford will always be a couple, and they will always provide great photo’s, least I hope so.
