Carfax Tower With No Hands

I think the ever popular meeting point in the centre of Oxford, Carfax has lost it's clock and quarter bells for restoration.  Where is the closest public clock to Carfax?

    The live data feed on the bus stops includes the time - so bus stop G5 surely is the nearest public clock!
