Bikes and Oxford, I think they always go hand in hand don’t they? You do see many bikes in Oxford however I feel that we could see a little more.This photo was taken just inside the Bodleian Library, and as you can see this area is reserved for Staff Cycles Only. Who said we did not have a Class System in Britain?
